Delivery.
Parcel Post:
All packages are shipped from Melbourne.
Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $15 for postage and handling.
Orders over $150 will receive FREE SHIPPING.
Estimated delivery times:
We will endeavour to provide next day dispatch on all orders made before 12pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the next business day. All deliveries will be made from Monday to Saturday, we are unable to arrange deliveries on Sunday. We use Australia Post or a courier service for all deliveries. Orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne. The timeframe for delivery will be dependent on the destination of your parcel and on the carriers service levels to your destination from Melbourne. If you have any special delivery requirements, please contact us at enquiries@fromme2u.com.au to arrange. Courier service can be provided. Hospital delivery can also be arranged.
Tracking your order:
We always do our best to ensure processing, packing and delivery of your order in the shortest possible timeframe. However, once we hand your parcel to the carrier, we are beholden to their delivery schedules and timeframes.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from From Me 2 U, noting that your order is ‘Complete’. This indicates that that the order has left From Me 2 U and is in the hands of our couriers.
Purchases sent via Parcel Post will be tracked via Australia Post or courier tracking. An email will be sent from Australia Post or courier, to the email address provided with your order, at each stage of processing and delivery. These emails will include an estimated delivery date for your order.
Where an order is a gift which has been sent directly to the gift recipient, the purchaser of the gift will be informed when the parcel has been delivered to their loved one.
Returns.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding grazing boxes) from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at enquiries@fromme2u.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.
We continue to receive only positive feedback on all of our products and gifts. If, however, you have received a faulty item, we offer your choice of a refund or store credit. All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items, and will be processed immediately upon receipt of your returned item.
Please include your original order number so we can track this back to your payment and issue any applicable refund.
Please note that if you return an item, you will need to cover the cost of postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. From Me 2 U will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. At a minimum, we suggest you use a trackable postage option.
