Can I change the products in the gift box?
Unfortunately we are unable to customise the products in the boxes. If you have any specific requirements, please reach out to us via email at enquiries@fromme2u.com.au and we will work with you to cater to your needs.
How do I purchase a gift box?
You can order online at www.fromme2u.com.au. Select the box you would like to purchase, provide us with a personalised message for the box and proceed to checkout. You will be required to provide the full name and address for yourself and the recipient at checkout to ensure safe delivery. If you have any queries about the gift boxes please email us on enquiries@fromme2u.com.au
How can I make payment for a gift box?
We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX through a secure payment gateway (powered by Stripe) and PayPal. We do not accept cash or cheques.
When will my gift box be packaged and delivered?
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours Monday – Saturday of the day of purchase. If you make a purchase on the weekend your order will be dispatched the next business day. Please review our delivery page for more information on estimated delivery dates. Typically orders are dispatched on the next day if ordered before midday. We are unable to provide delivery services on Sundays.
How much does delivery cost in Australia?
Orders of $150 or more will qualify for free shipping Australia wide (excluding Grazing boxes that are available for Melbourne metro only.)
Orders under $150 will attract a flat shipping fee of $15.00
Does the recipient need to be home for delivery of the gift box?
No. The courier is given 'Authority to Leave' for all gift boxes and so if the recipient is not home, Australia Post or the courier will leave the gift box in a safe area or leave a delivery note. Please note a re-delivery fee may be applied if you select that you do not want the gift box left outside the premises and the recipient is not home.
What details do I need to provide when delivering to a hospital?
Please be sure to include hospital name, the recipients full name, ward and room number. Please check the estimated delivery dates above to ensure the recipient will not have checked out of hospital before the gift box is expected to be delivered. From Me 2 U takes no responsibility should the recipient check out prior to the expected delivery date.
Do we deliver to PO boxes?
No. We offer a door to door delivery service with Australia Post or a courier service. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
What happens if I supply the wrong address?
From Me 2 U takes no responsibility if you provide the wrong delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you do notice you provided the wrong address.
Is an invoice or receipt sent with the gift box?
No. The receipt is emailed to the buyer upon purchase of the gift box.
